Pre auction listing, sending to advertising outlets, reservation of food
wagon & restroom if needed.
After auction payment of all costs with detailed record of auction and all
expenses deducted. You received net proceeds.
Auctioneering, clerking & cashiering included in rates below.
Set up help and auction preparation usually available at an hourly rate.

Household – Antique – Tool - Farm equipment - Storage bin - Yard Sale - Consignments auctions 25% on each item and the % at your location depends on what type of Auction
and merchandise we will be selling for you. Hay Firewood is 20%

Bidding will be by number and all statements made sale day take
precedence over printed material. Not responsible for accidents or theft and all items sold as is where is with no warranty's implied.

We are dedicated to the service our clients.This is our 30th year in business serving the community. We are open taking in consignment from Thursday - Saturday 9am to 4pm Sell starts Saturday 5pm. We have a snack bar on site. Some of our clients can smell the popcorn from out doors.
